The average session length is fifty-three minutes. Longer EMDR sessions may be warranted and will incur an additional fee. The initial intake appointment is ninety minutes.
Sessions are $160 and payment is due at the time of service. Payment can be made by credit card or HSA card.
Please note that I do not take insurance. To make seeking insurance reimbursement easier for my clients I partner with Mentaya. Mentaya is a service that will seek reimbursement on your behalf from your insurance company for a small fee. This makes filing and using your out of network benefits much less complicated.

Treatment duration is dependent on identified treatment goals and levels of functioning. Some people are in therapy for six weeks and others are in therapy for years. I tailor my treatment plans to my client’s desired level of growth and functioning. Discussion of the duration of therapy occurs in the beginning of the therapeutic relationship.
I believe a good therapeutic foundation begins with a thorough evaluation and assessment. Our initial session is a ninety-minute biological, psychological, social assessment. I will provide you with take home assessments to complete to establish a therapeutic baseline. From here we will establish treatment goals and begin the therapeutic journey.
