Hi! My name is Reta. I am an ardent lifelong learner. I spend my free time scrolling Amazon for books to add to my cart. Who can resist the smell of freshly printed pages filled with knowledge? It’s like the smell of newly sharpened pencils in the fall, right? It just exudes the excitement of new possibilities.
If I am living my best life, you will find me wrapped up in a cozy cardigan on a porch, drinking hot coffee with a good book, listening to folk music.
I am an introvert who has learned that getting outside your comfort zone pays off. So, yes, I will do Karaoke and shoot my hand up to volunteer as an audience member. I am also a bit of a rebel. If you tell me, I can’t do something or that there is no explanation for something. That is my green light to go figure it out or make it happen.

Fees
Insurance
Completed Training in EMDR from Connect EMDR Please note that I do not take insurance. Sessions are $160 and payment is due at the time of service. Payment can be made by credit card or HSA card.
Reimbursement
To make seeking insurance reimbursement easier for my clients I partner with Mentaya. Mentaya is a service that will seek reimbursement on your behalf from your insurance company for a small fee. This makes filing and using your out of network benefits much less complicated.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify me twenty-four hours in advance. Appointments that are cancelled less than twenty-four hours in advance or a “no show” appointment will be charged the full session fee.
